Health Complications

If you are having a health problem that requires our attention during normal hours please call our office. Please tell the receptionist that you need prompt medical assistance so that she may transfer your call to one of our Clinical Coordinators.

After working hours our telephones will be answered by voicemail. If your call is not urgent, you may leave a message by responding after the prompt. If your call is urgent, please call our answering service at (804) 527-3541. They will page our on-call physician and she will return your call promptly. If you do not get a return call within one hour, please call us again.

Life Threatening Emergencies

If you feel you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, go directly to the emergency department or call 911 to be transported to the nearest hospital.
